 ed to welcome the Prix Pictet\, Prize for Photography and Sustainability. 
 Works by the twelve of the outstanding photographers shortlisted for the p
 rize\, revolving around this years’ theme Space.\n\nThe Prix Pictet (Pic
 tet prize) is an international award in photography and sustainability. Th
 e mandate of the award is to use the power of photography to communicate m
 essages about sustainability to a global audience. Its goal is to uncover 
 photography of the highest order\, applied to current social and environme
 ntal challenges.\n\nThe Irish photographer Richard Mosse is the seventh la
 ureate of the Prix Pictet. He was selected for his Heat Maps series\, (201
 6-17) in which he documented refugee camps with a military-grade thermal c
