DESCRIPTION:The mission of Eurostars is the support of R&D-performing entr
 epreneurs\, by initiating pan-european projects and co-funding their resea
 rch activities\, enabling them to compete interna-tionally and become lead
 ers in their sector.\n \nDeadlines:\n\n	13.09.2018\n	28.02.2019\n	12.09.2
 019\n\n\nDuration: the duration of the project may not exceed 36 months.\n
  \nWho can apply: To be eligible\, the partnership must include at least 
 two legal entities independent of each other. The partnership must include
  participation from at least two different Eurostars countries (i.e. a Eur
 ostars Participating state or a Eurostars Partner country)\, where at leas
 t one of the countries must be an EUREKA member country. The participant b
 udget (minus subcontracting costs) of the sole R&D-performing SME involved
  in the application must be equal to at least 50% of the total project bud
 get. If there are multiple R&D-performing SMEs\, their combined total part
 icipant budget (minus subcontracting costs) must equal at least 50% of the
  total project budget. In either case\, the 50% budget threshold must be m
 et by R&D-performing SME(s) located in Eurostars Participating state(s) or
  Partner Country(ies). The project must be spread across different interna
 tional partners. No single entity or country may be responsible for more t
 han 75% of the total project budget.\n \nHow: Partners should first conta
 ct their National Project Coordinators and subsequently\, register and com
 plete the online application form using the Eurostars submission platform.
 \n \nSwiss partners: In Eurostars\, Switzerland is represented by the Sta
 te Secretariat for Education\, Research and Innovation (SERI). Funding by 
 type of organization:\n\n\n	SME\, University and Research organization: 50
 % of eligible costs\n	Large companies: 25% of eligible costs\n\n \nFor mo
