DESCRIPTION:This is a globally competitive three-year fellowship program f
 or early and advanced postdoctoral researchers to conduct independent rese
 arch of international relevance\n\n	To improve the learning\, development 
 and living conditions of children and youth or\n	To contribute to one of t
 he foundation’s thematic priorities: science of learning\, early childho
 od and rural livelihoods.\n	In any discipline\, e.g. psychology\, neurosci
 ences\, biology\, educational sciences\, sociology\, medical sciences and 
 computer sciences.\n	Preference to interdisciplinary work that combine gen
 etic\, epigenetic\, neurobiological\, behavioural and social levels of ana
 lysis.\n\n \nType of grants: \nJacobs Early Career Research Fellowship \
 n\n\n	Who: up to 7 years after PhD\n	Funding: CHF 150\,000 for 3 years\n	C
 overs: up to 50% of the fellow’s salary\n	# fellowships per year: 7-11\n
 \n \n Jacobs Advanced Research Fellowship\n\n\n	Who: up to 15 years afte
