DESCRIPTION:Gebert Rüf Stiftung (GRS) was established in 1998 by entrepre
 neur Heinrich Gebert as a science and innovation foundation. Its objective
  is to promote «Switzerland as a top location for business and as a place
  to live». As a private funding agency guided by its mission statement «
 making science effective»\, it supports entrepreneurial projects\, which 
 are committed to achieving an impact.\n \nThe programme InnoBooster suppo
 rts university-based\, high-potential business cases from the Venture Kick
  programme with the aim of substantially accelerating their market entry. 
 In particular\, it supports proposals where a R&D or design boost can spee
 d up the success of the deep tech business case.\n \nWho can apply: appli
 cants employed at Swiss universities or research institutions (ETH Domain\
 , cantonal university\, university of applied sciences)\n \nYour project 
 MUST:\n\n	Already be in the Venture Kick process\n	Already be approved by 
 a funding programme (e.g. BRIDGE PoC\, Innogrant)\n	Rooted at Swiss univer
 sities or research institutions (ETH Domain\, cantonal university\, univer
 sity of applied sciences)\n	Be beneficial to society\n\n \nFunding & Dura
 tion: Max. CHF 150\,000 for up to 18 months\n\n\n	For: salaries and materi
 als costs directly related to the project.\n	Does NOT cover: infrastructur
 e or overheads.\n\n \nDeadline\n\n\n	Informal access: submit a 1-2 page a
 bstract to idee@grstiftung.ch well ahead of the deadline for proposals.\n	
 Proposal: 1 February\, 1 May\, 1 September and 1 December (every year) at 
 23:59  (Decision: after 3 months)\n	Interview: with GRS Board of Trustees
  (upon invitation)\n\n \nApplication\n\n\n	Informal Access: Submit a 1-2p
 p. abstract of your project\, incl. alternatives\, to idee@grstiftung.ch w
 ell ahead of the 1st stage deadlines (listed above): GRS will assess your 
 chances of receiving a grant and\, if favourable\, invite you to submit yo
 ur proposal for the closest deadline.\n	Proposal: Submit your complete pro
