DESCRIPTION:The Cure Parkinson’s Trust (CPT) supports laboratory and cli
 nical research projects with the potential to delay\, slow\, stop\, revers
 e or prevent the progression of Parkinson’s disease. \n\nCPT only accep
 ts research applications that meet the following criteria:\n\n	Disease mod
 ifying (slow\, stop\, reverse)\n	Translate into clinic (Phase 2b trial) wi
 thin 5 years\n\n\nCPT does NOT accept symptomatic research or solely mecha
 nistic or biomarker research.\n\nFunding & Duration: £50\,000 to £250\,0
 00 for 12-36 months. Eligible costs include materials and personnel. Overh
 eads are NOT eligible.\n\nWho can apply: scientists or clinicians based at
  a university or hospital worldwide\, or commercial organisations. \n\nDe
 adlines: 24 January\, 24 April and 26 September (every year)\n\nApplicati
 on:\n\n\n	Contact research@epfl.ch at least 7 working days prior to the de
 adline to obtain a Letter of Institutional Support (COMPULSORY).\n	Submit 
 your full proposal\, including budget\, using this form\, to Leah Mursalee
