DESCRIPTION:Founded in 1963\, the Sophie and Karl Binding Foundation suppo
 rts applied research projects in the fields of landscape conservation and 
 spatial planning and conservation of cultural heritage in Switzerland. The
  foundation does NOT support basic research.\n \nFunding & Duration: no u
 pper or lower limit. Applicants are invited to present a detailed budget\,
  indicating the funding already secured and the amount requested to the fo
 undation.\n \nEligible costs: salaries\, consumables\, equipment and othe
 r project-related costs.\n \nInformal contact: send a brief presentation 
 of your research project to contact@binding-stiftung.ch well ahead of the 
 call deadline for an assessment.\n \nDeadlines: 30 March\, 30 June\, 30 S
 eptember and 15 December (every year)  \nYou are invited to submit your a
 pplication between 3 and 6 months before the start of the project.\nThe de
