DESCRIPTION:QuantERA is a consortium of national/regional research organis
 ations supporting research projects in Quantum Technology. The 2019 call a
 ddresses the following topics: Quantum communication\, Quantum simulation\
 , Quantum computation\, Quantum information sciences\, as well as Quantum 
 metrology sensing and imaging.\n\nDeadline for submitting pre-proposals an
 d proposals: February 18th\, 2019\, 17.00 CET \n\nThematic scope of propos
 als should include one or more of the following areas:\n\n	Quantum communi
 cation\n	Quantum simulation\n	Quantum computation\n	Quantum information sc
 iences\n	Quantum metrology sensing and imaging\n\nFunding: ca. EUR 20 M\nA
 pplications can be submitted by international consortia that include resea
 rchers from at least three of the following countries: Austria\, Belgium\,
  Bulgaria\, Croatia\, Czech Republic\, Denmark\, France\, Germany\, Greece
 \, Hungary\, Israel\, Italy\, Latvia\, Lithuania\, Norway\, Poland\, Portu
 gal\, Romania\, Slovakia\, Slovenia\, Spain\, Sweden\, Switzerland\, Turke
 y and United Kingdom.\nThe pre-proposals and thereafter full proposals wil
 l be evaluated scientifically by an international evaluation panel. The pa
 rtners of an international consortium are supported by the funding organis
 ations of their respective countries or regions. Applicants from Switzerla
 nd must be eligible for the funding scheme "project funding" of the SNSF.\
 n\nIn parallel with the submission to QuantERA\, you need to submit an app
