DESCRIPTION:Aim: The Michael J. Fox Foundation seeks applications with pot
 ential for fundamentally altering disease course and/or significantly impr
 oving treatment of symptoms above and beyond current standards of care. Pr
 oposals must have a well-defined plan for moving toward clinical utility f
 or patients. The Therapeutic Pipeline Program is open to industry and acad
 emic investigators proposing novel approaches or repositioning therapies f
 rom non-Parkinson's indications. Funding is available for pre-clinical and
  clinical studies of disease-modifying or symptomatic drugs and non-pharma
 cological therapeutics.\n \nIn addition\, the Therapeutic Pipeline progra
 m supports research on applied technologies such as assistive and wearable

 mic levels at or above Assistant Professor are eligible to apply.\n \nHow
  to Apply: The pre-proposal is the first step in the application. Pre-prop
 osals must be completed in the online application portal.  Successful app
 licants will be given further instructions for submitting a full proposal.
