 with Product Life Cycle Considerations”\n\nAbstract:\nIn this work\, we 
 built a model for portfolio management of product lines\, where products p
 robabilistically transition through their life cycle stages. The evolution
  through these stages is impacted by marketing and launching decisions. Mo
 reover\, the company decides the joint level of working capital to finance
  the portfolio’s expenditures. Using a Markov decisions process\, we fin
 d the optimal decisions which balance the operations and finance depending
  on the portfolio’s composition.
