 ng formulas. In almost all of these cases\,\nthe match can be traced back 
 to the presence of an (A)dS factor either in the\nasymptotic or the near-h
 orizon regions. In this talk I will focus on space-times\ndevoid of this p
 roperty and discuss some of their geometric and thermodynamic\nproperties.
