DESCRIPTION:The next EPFL Postdoc Retreat – open to all EPFL postdocs 
 – will be a summer retreat!\n\nThis year our summer retreat will take pl
 ace in the Chalet Du Ski-Club Delemont\, Les Marecottes!\n\nThe purpose o
 f this retreat is to create a relaxed space outside the workplace to foste
 r and strengthen a sense of community among ALL EPFL postdocs\, providin
 g an opportunity for spontaneous and deliberate collaborations and/or simp
 ly tightening bonds with our peers. This event is officially part of the E
 PFL PostDoc Association activities. The retreat will take place from Frida
 y July 5th  until afternoon the following day July 6th. The program inclu
 des a speed collaborating get-together and social activities\, great food
 …! (see program below) On the first day we will visit the famous granite
 -carved swimming pool for a cool dip. In the last day we’ll have a hike\
 , where friends and family are welcome to join the participants for the re
 st of the retreat. We will have a family friendly hike for very young enth
 usiastic explorers and a more vigorous hike for passionate ones. The chale
 t\, located in Les Marecottes\, Valais\, is 1:15 hours from Lausanne. A sh
 uttle bus will bring us there\, while the trip back is open. Please note t
 hat if you cannot make it on Friday\, you are of course welcome to join la
 ter that night for BBQ and drinks (full fee) or Saturday morning (no fee)

 nThe retreat is open to all EPFL postdocs. Reservations are on a first-com
 e\, first-served basis\, and will be taken into account only after receipt
  of payment. You will receive an email with instructions to pay a fee of 6
 5 CHF (subsidized by the EPFL Postdoc association). Upon payment\, you’l
 l receive an email confirming your registration.\n\nThis fee includes:\n1)
  The stay in the chalet (1 night).\n2) Entrance to granite pool.\n3) Food 
 (Beverages and snacks at the bus\, welcome brunch\, 1x lunch\, 1x dinner\,
  1x breakfast\, hike lunch anddrinks).\n4) The bus ride from Lausanne to 
 Les Marecottes (please note that the trip back to Lausanne on Saturday is
