DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2001 in Sion by Dr. René Liechti\, a chief physici
 an at the Nyon hospital\, Fondation Dr. René Liechti supports start-up bu
 siness projects\, encourages the music\, visual and performing arts\, and 
 provides free holiday accommodation in Valais for low-income households.\n
  \nIn particular\, the Foundation supports start-up business projects tha
 t generate innovation or sustainable development in the fields of economy\
 , ecology\, health\, the fight against poverty or address fundamental need
 s\, such as water and energy. Projects with a humanitarian effect are pref
 erred.\n \nWho can apply: no restrictions.\n \nFunding: CHF 50’000\n\n
 	Eligible costs: personnel (incl. PI’s salary) and project-related costs
