DESCRIPTION:PENTA and EURIPIDES² have agreed to synchronize their calls f
 or 2019 and 2020. This contributes towards a simplification of the funding
  landscape and brings a wider range of countries and partners together thr
 ough PENTA\, EURIPIDES² and\, where appropriate\, co-labelled projects.\n
  \nAll proposals will be submitted through the PENTA/EURIPIDES² Project 
 Zone\, with applicants being given a simple choice in terms of which progr
 amme they are submitting their project to. Evaluation processes will be or
 ganised and coordinated depending on how the project is submitted.\n \nTh
 is choice of instrument remains in the hands of the Project Leader who sho
 uld agree with all partners involved in the proposal. It is also highly r
 ecommended that full consultation takes place with the public authorities 
 who are being asked to support the project as part of the application proc
 ess.\n \nIn general\, the choice should be made with regards to the commu
 nity (PENTA or EURIPIDES²) involved. Specifically\, regarding the domains
 :\n\n	PENTA addresses the whole electronics value chain from design\, thro
 ugh device manufacture to applications\n	EURIPIDES² focusses on electroni
 c systems\, integration\, packaging and reliability\n	Co-labelled proposal
 s (PENTA/EURIPIDES² or EURIPIDES²/PENTA) should be chosen with the agree
 ment of both PENTA and EURIPIDES² offices. The co-label is dedicated to a
  mixed funding approach (involving countries supporting only EURIPIDES² a
 nd not PENTA\, and vice versa). The choice (PENTA/EURIPIDES² or EURIPIDES
 ²/PENTA) will also depend on the overall project thematic taking into acc
 ount the PENTA or EURIPIDES² scopes as stated above.\n\n \n Submission 
 deadline:\n\n\n	Deadline for Project Outline 28.02.2020\n\n \nHow: Two-st
 ages submission:\n\n\n	Project Outlines (PO)\, submission consist of:  \n
 \n	\n		Provision of administrative proposal information via the PENTA/EUR
 IPIDES² Project Zone\n		Provision of a textual description of the content
  of your proposal in a "PO Annex"\; template which also needs to be upload
 ed to the PENTA/EURIPIDES² Project Zone\n		Merging the two components int
 o a final submission\n	\n	\n\n \n                The PO A
 nnex template (including guidelines)\, together with tutorials and support
  materials covering PO submission can be downloaded from the Call documen
 ts page.\n \n\n    2. Projects accepted at PO level are invited to s
 ubmit a Full Project Proposal (FPP). Submitting an FPP consists of:\n\n\n	
 Provision of administrative information via the PENTA/EURIPIDES²  Proje
 ct Zone\n	Provision of (an updated) textual description of the content of 
 your proposal in an "FPP Annex" template which also needs to be uploaded t
 o the Project Zone (different Annex documents are available for PENTA\, EU
 RIPIDES² or co-labelled PENTA/EURIPIDES² submissions)\n	For PENTA projec
 ts\, completion of an AENEAS membership application or PENTA Declaration 
 of Acceptance.\n	For EURIPIDES² projects\, EURIPIDES² Declaration of Acc
 eptance - Annex B- .\n\n \n                The FPP Annex 
 template (including guidelines)\, together with tutorials and support mate
 rials covering FPP submission can be downloaded from the Call documents 
 page.  The deadline for the FPP submission is 20.05.2020.\n \nPlease ens
 ure that you use the correct template for a PENTA\, EURIPIDES² or co-labe
 lled project submission. PENTA and/or EURIPIDES² team members are availab
 le to assist you in submitting your project proposal.\n \nFunding:\nPartn
 ers involved in a EURIPIDES² project are funded directly by the governmen
 ts of their respective countries\, according to national funding procedure
 s. After labelling (or earlier dependent on national procedures)\, partner
