DESCRIPTION:Annually\, Action for A-T awards research grants to medical re
 search projects that have the potential to benefit children and adults wit
 h Ataxia Telangiectasia. A wide range of research applications will be con
 sidered but the Association has a particular interest in Cancer in A-T and
  basic research to search for alternative therapies to treat cancer in chi
 ldren and adults with A-T.\nNote: the foundation does NOT consider applica
 tions concurrently submitted to other funding bodies.\n \nWho can apply: 
 researchers all over the world. Please note\, however\, that if there are 
 more applications that pass the review criteria than can be funded\, UK ba
 sed research will be prioritised.\n \nFunding & Duration: max. £250’00
 0 for max. 36 months\n\n	Eligible costs: personnel\, consumables and essen
 tial equipment.\n	Does NOT cover: PhD studentships\, travel costs and over
 heads.\n\n \nDeadline: 23 September 2019\n\n\n	Ahead of the deadline: sub
