DESCRIPTION:The Research Grants Council of Hong Kong is launching the 10th
  round of the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme.\n\nThe Scheme aims to attra
 ct top international students to pursue PhD studies in Hong Kong research 
 universities. 250 PhD Fellowships will be awarded in the 2020/21 academic 
 year. Candidates will be selected either by the Selection Panel on Science
 \, Medicine\, Engineering and Technology or by the Selection Panel on Huma
 nities\, Social science and Business Studies.\n\nFunding: monthly stipend 
 of HK$25’800 (approx. USD 3’300) + a conference and research-related t
 ravel allowance of HK$12’900 (approx. USD 1’700) per year.\nDuration: 
 36 months\, starting in the academic year 2020/21.\nDeadline: 2 December 2
