DESCRIPTION:Every year since 1995\, the UK charity Earth and Space Foundat
 ion offers small awards (‘Earth and Space Awards’) to fieldwork and ot
 her activities that seek to deepen the connections between environmentalis
 m and space exploration\, in other words to further the vision of “the E
 arth as an Oasis cared for by a Space-faring Civilization”.\n\nThe grant
  is for new initiatives that need pump priming or new enterprises being la
 unched by individuals or small groups\, rather than well-established effor
 ts.\n\nFunding: £350 – £500 (£400-$600).\n\nDeadline: 30 October (eve
