DESCRIPTION:ThinkSwiss is a scholarship program managed by the Office of S
 cience\, Technology and Higher Education (OSTHE) at the Embassy of Switzer
 land in Washington\, D.C.\, that supports students enrolled at U.S. and Ca
 nadian universities who want to go to Switzerland conduct research or part
 icipate in a summer school. It is a joint program of the Embassies of Swit
 zerland in the United States and in Canada\, the State Secretariat for Edu
 cation\, Research and Innovation (SERI) and Presence Switzerland (PRS) at 
 the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).\n \nThe ThinkSwiss Rese
 arch Scholarship offers financial support to U.S. and Canadian students wh
 o wish to spend up to three months at a Swiss institution of higher educat
 ion for a research internship. Students enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian uni
 versity are eligible to apply for the scholarship that grants a contributi
 on to travel and living expenses. The scholarship is open to students in a
 ll fields.\n \nStudents are responsible for finding a host professor or m
 entor at a Swiss institution as well as clarifying the scope of a research
  project before submitting their research scholarship application.\n \nWh
 o can apply: graduate or undergraduate students enrolled at a US or Canadi
 an university/college\, who will have completed their sophomore year by th
 e time their research stay in Switzerland begins.\n \nFunding: allowance 
 of CHF 1\,600 per month for 2-3 months\,\n \nDeadline: 15 January 2020\nD
