DESCRIPTION:Established in 2008 in Geneva\, Fondation Gelbert supports inn
 ovative\, replicable and quality projects on the following topics:\n\n	env
 ironmental protection\n	animal protection\n	development of new and clean e
 nergies as well as\n	academic research on ophthalmology.\n\n \nThe founda
 tion provides support to innovative\, replicable and quality projects on t
 he following topics: environmental protection\, animal protection\, the de
 velopment of new and clean energies as well as academic research on ophtha
 lmology. The Foundation supports neither strictly individual projects (the
 sis\, scholarship\, training\, etc.) nor travel\, congress\, conference or
  seminar costs.\n \nWho can apply: Applicants based in French-speaking Sw
 itzerland\, particularly in Geneva.\n \nFunding: No upper or lower limit 
 on funding or duration.\n\n\n	Eligible costs: Personnel (excl. PI’s sala
 ry) and project-related costs. Does not cover overheads.\n\n \nRolling ca
 ll: \n\n\n	Submit an abstract of your project by filling up the online for
 m “Demande préalable de soutien”. The Board of Trustees will issue a 
 preliminary ruling and\, if favorable\, invite you to submit a full applic
 ation.\n	Upon invitation\, submit your full application at least 6 months 
 before the start of the project to Fondation Gelbert\, rue du Rhône 118\,
