 n\n	return the overdue book or renew your loan through your user account\,
  if the book has not been booked or if the loan has not reached the 5 poss
 ible extensions\n	write an email to the address contentieux.bib@epfl.ch 
 and ask for the cancellation of your fines until December 20th\, 2019 incl
 uded.\n\n\nFines covered by an invoice already registered in our system wi
 ll unfortunately not be eligible for the Second Chance Operation.\n\nThe i
