DESCRIPTION:Are you a young scientist interested in food and nutrition? \n
 \nFor the second year\, EPFL and ETHZ Zurich are looking for talented and 
 motivated young researchers ready to address the main challenges of the fo
 od system such as nutrition\, production packaging and health.\n\nTogether
  with Swiss food industry leaders Bühler\, Givaudan and Nestlé\, the two
  federal institutes have launched Future Food – A Swiss Research Initiat
 ive in order to expand research and education in the area of food and nutr
 ition science.\n\nApply now for the Future Food Fellowship! This postdocto
 ral programme provides personal research funds for three years and enables
  fellows to work on their projects in a research laboratory with a host pr
 ofessor at EPFL or ETH Zurich and collaborate with industry.\n\nThe 2020 
 call is open to any outstanding proposal but the following topics are prio
 ritized:\n\n	Plant-based proteins\n	Digital technologies for food design\n
 	Sustainable packaging\n	Microbiome\n\n\nDeadline for the submission of ap
