DESCRIPTION:Aim: Through the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Pro
 gram (CDMRP)\, the Department of Defense is announcing the Breast Cancer I
 nnovator Awards. These awards support visionary individuals who have demon
 strated exceptional creativity\, innovative work\, and paradigm-shifting l
 eadership in any field including\, but not limited to\, breast cancer. The
  Innovator Award will provide these individuals with the funding and freed
 om to pursue their most novel\, visionary\, high-risk ideas that could acc
 elerate progress to ending breast cancer. Experience in breast cancer rese
 arch is not required.\n\nConsidering the current breast cancer landscape a
 nd the BCRP’s mission\, all FY20 BCRP Innovator Award applications must 
 address at least one of the overarching challenges for FY20\, which are li
 sted at the end of this announcement.\n\nFunding:        max. $7’0

 ernational organizations or institutions are eligible to apply\, and there
  are no citizenship restrictions. Applicants must be at or above the level
