DESCRIPTION:The Rising Tide Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research (RTFCC
 R)\, a Swiss-based non-profit organization\, and the Anticancer Fund\, a B
 elgian non-profit organization with an international scope\, have joined f
 orces to support clinical trials focusing on drug repurposing and therapy 
 optimization\, with special interest in the following areas:​\n \n\n	Ra
 re cancers (<6/100\,000)\n	‘Financial orphan’ drugs (commercially negl
 ected drugs)\n	Off patent drugs\n	Prognostic and/or predictive biomarkers\
 n\n \nThis instrument is aimed at proposals where funding is required to 
 initiate a new arm of an existing multi-arm trial. Additionally\, proposal
 s must have a strong rationale with rigorous and compelling supportive dat
 a\, in addition to a detailed statistical design and methodology.\n\nFundi
 ng: amount available for this call for proposals will be at least US$ 3 mi
 llion. The amount allocated per grant will depend on the number of proposa
 ls selected for funding.\n\nDeadline: 28 February 2020\nDecision: 3rd quar
