DESCRIPTION:SNSF Agora encourages researchers to communicate their own cur
 rent research (funded by the SNSF or similar) to a target non-specialist a
 udience in Switzerland.\n\nIt supports outreach projects that initiate a d
 ialogue between researchers and the society\, increase awareness\, stimula
 te interest and promote critical thinking about the communicated research 
 (its results\, challenges and/or functioning).\n\nNon-eligible projects: \
 n\n	conducted within the scope of implementation and technology transfer p
 artnerships\;\n	involving marketing campaigns or institutional communicati
 on measures and media relations\;\n	whose purpose is research into science
  communication\;\n	with links to ongoing NRPs or NCCRs.\n\n\nWho can apply
 :\n\n\n	Researchers employed at least 20% at a Swiss higher education or r
 esearch institution.\n	Project partners (with or without scientific backgr
 ound\, e.g. communication or knowledge transfer experts\, artists) must be
  affiliated to an institution recognized by the SNSF.\n\n\nAgora rolling c
 all projects: \n\n\n	Funding & Duration: between CHF 5’000 and 50’000 
 for max. 36 months\n	Rolling call: apply at least 4 months before the star
 t of the project.\n	A rejected rolling-call proposal may be resubmitted on
 ly once if significantly changed.\n\n\nEligible costs: personnel\, costs i
 ncurred by project partners\, subcontracting costs\,\nexpenses linked to t
 he project's execution\, e.g. production costs and materials\npublication 
 and communication of the product.\n\nApplicants must contact Mediacom befo
