DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in the challenges of digital technology in 
 the education system? Join us on 08.02.2020 at EPFL for a symposium with p
 resentations\, workshops and visits. This bilingual event (French / Germa
 n) is free of charge.\n\nFeedback from the first projects at the national
  level: Two political personalities\, Cesla Amarelle (Canton of Vaud) and 
 Stefan Kölliker (Canton of St. Gallen)\, heads of the education departmen
 ts of two pioneering cantons pioneering the digital transition at school\,
  will speak about the chellenges and opportunities this transition. In add
 ition\, Arja-Sisko Holappa\, education counsellor at the Finnish National 
 Agency for Education will provide an expert perspective based on the examp
 le of the Finnish schools.\n\nThis conference is part of the collaboration
  between EPFL's Education Outreach Department and the Swiss Academy of Eng
 ineering Sciences SATW on the topic of promoting young talent and is aimed
