DESCRIPTION:The European Foundation for the Study of Diabetes (EFSD) and t
 he healthcare company Novo Nordisk call for applications for the A/S Progr
 amme for Diabetes Research in Europe.  \n\nApplications from all fields o
 f diabetes research including both basic and clinical research are accepte
 d.\n\nWho can apply:\n\n	Applicants based at non-profit institutions in th
 e EU and Associated Countries.\n	The PI and Co-PIs must be normally employ
 ed at a non-profit institution and the study must be performed at their pl
 ace of work.\n	Applicants to all EFSD programmes must be paid-up members o
 f EASD.\n	Only one EFSD award per PI or Co-PI at a time.\n	There can be mo
 re than one EFSD award per lab\, but for separate projects.\n\n\nFunding:\
 n\n\n	Max. EUR 100’000 for basic research and EUR 400’000 for clinical
  research.\n	The budget must be prepared in EUR and it must mention the ex
 change rate.\n	Please mention all funding requested and obtained from othe
 r sources.\n	Eligible costs: personnel\, 10% OH\, equipment\, supplies\, o
 ther project-related costs.\n\n\nDuration: up to EUR 100’000\n\nDeadline
