DESCRIPTION:The MQ Foundation Fellows Award supports talented researchers 
 with bold ideas from across the globe\, who aspire to be the next generati
 on leaders in mental health research\, as they establish their independenc
 e.\n\nMQ seeks to fund a diverse research portfolio that reflects a bio-ps
 ycho-social approach to mental health. Research may involve theoretical\, 
 experimental\, social sciences or medical humanities approaches\, and must
  have a focus on children and young people (which we define as from pre
 natal development up to 24 years of age). Projects should focus on genuin
 e impact by charting\, informing\, developing and/or testing preventative 
 or therapeutic interventions.\n\nWho can apply:\n\n	Early career scientist
 s\, clinician-scientists and researchers anywhere in the world and from al
 l disciplines related to mental health research.\n	Applicants must be able
  to demonstrate that they are either newly independent or will be independ
 ent by the time the awards are finalised in the summer of 2020.\n	They mus
 t hold a PhD\, DPhil\, DClinPsy\, MBBS\, MD or equivalent.\n	have accumula
 ted 3-7 years by January 2020 of postdoctoral research or equivalent.\n\n\
 nFunding & Duration: max. £225\,000 (GBP) for up to 36 months.\nEligible 
 costs: start-up funding\, personnel (incl. PI’s salary)\, consumables\, 
 specialist equipment\, animal costs\, travel costs\, patient and public in
 volvement costs\, publication costs\, other research-related costs. Does n
