DESCRIPTION:Aim: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is inviting proposals
  for the latest round of Grand Challenges Explorations\, which foster inno
 vation to solve key health and development problems. Three main challenges
  are presented in this call:\n\n	Innovations for Improving the Impact of H
 ealth Campaigns \n	Innovations in Materials Science for a Transformative M
 enstrual Health and Hygiene Product\n\n \nFunding: $100\,000 initially\, 
 with up to $1 million in follow-up funding given project success.\n\nDurat
 ion: 18 months\n\nEligibility: Applicants can be at any experience level\;
  in any discipline\; and from any organization\, including colleges and un
 iversities\, government laboratories\, research institutions\, non-profit 
 organizations and for-profit companies.\n\nHow to Apply: Proposals must be
