DESCRIPTION:Aim: The McKenzie Postdoctoral Fellowships Program has been es
 tablished to attract outstanding recent doctoral graduates to the Universi
 ty of Melbourne from Australia and around the world. The Program aims to r
 ecruit new researchers who have the potential to build and lead interdisci
 plinary collaborative research activities inside and across Academic Divis
 ions. The University offers a leading and lively research environment that
  is internationally engaged\, public-spirited and has many outstanding are
 as of research strength.\n \n\n	The University will fund a three-year app
 ointment commencing at Level A.6 in the University salary band ($93\,130) 
 plus superannuation.\n	Fellowships will commence between 1 January 2021 an
 d 30 June 2021.\n	Fellows will receive additional project funding up to $2
 5\,000 to be spent over the term of their Fellowship.\n	Prospective applic
 ants must discuss their interest in the program with the relevant faculty 
 at the University of Melbourne\, prior to submitting their application.\n\
 n\nEligibility: Applicants must have been awarded a PhD from a university 
 other than the University of Melbourne by the closing date. The PhD must h
 ave been awarded between 1 January 2018 and 16 July 2020.\n\nHow to Apply:

 te information. Applicants will be required to provide a declaration of su
 pport from the department/school in which they would be located if success
 ful\, but the criteria for selection will be university-based. If you are 
 requesting an eligibility exemption\, it must be submitted by 21 May 2020.
