 of times a year and the legal implications of working remotely.\nThe goal 
 of the conference is to inform and educate the audience and the world abou
 t the possibilities that can be offered through today's technologies.  \
 nThe conference will be freely available online through Zoom. Attendees mu

 es explored during the conference which are outlined below:\n\nTools & Tec
 h for remote work\nDiscussing some of the best tools that makes remote wor
 k seamless for the employees. This track will explore those available and 
 will aim to enable the audience to discover these new tools and how to use
  them.\n\nOrganization & Culture when working remotely\nCulture and organi
 sation are pivotal for a company to function well\, even more so when work
 ing remotely. This track aims to explore how successful teams and companie
 s have implemented a remote work culture successfully.\n\nThe Law concerni
 ng remote work\nMany companies are concerned by the legal implications of 
 allowing their workforce to work remotely\, or they have everything ready 
 but not the legal aspect. This track will look into the labour laws of the
  21st century and propose potential solutions.\n\nSpeakers joining for thi
 s first edition include Darren Murph\, Head of Remote at GitLab\, Prithwir
 aj Choudhury\, Professor at Harvard Business School\, Leila Zia\, Principa
 l Research Scientist and Head of Research at Wikimedia Foundation and Joha
