DESCRIPTION:Aim:  The Spencer Foundation invests in education research th
 at cultivates learning and transforms lives. Through the COVID-19 Related 
 Research Grants\, the foundation will support education research projects 
 that will contribute to understanding the rapid shifts in education in thi
 s time of crisis and change. The call focuses on two primary categories of
  projects: First\, studies that aim to understand and disrupt the reproduc
 tion and deepening of educational inequality caused by the COVID-19 crisis
 \, and second\, opportunities to remake and imagine anew forms of equitabl
 e education. Thus\, the ultimate goal is funding research projects that ar
 e working to reimagine educational opportunities in these times. Proposals
  aimed at all levels and in all settings of learning\, including early chi
 ldhood\, higher education\, and in schools\, families\, and communities ar
 e welcome.\n\nFunding:       $50’000\n\nDuration:      1-3 year
 s\n\nEligibility: Principal Investigators (PIs) and Co-PIs applying for a 
 COVID-19 Related Research Grant on Education must have an earned doctorate
  in an academic discipline or professional field or appropriate experience
  in an education research-related profession. The PI must be affiliated wi
 th a non-profit organization that is willing to serve as the administering
  organization if the grant is awarded. Proposals are accepted from the U.S
 . and internationally\, however\, all proposals must be submitted in Engli
 sh and budgets must be proposed in U.S. Dollars.\n\nHow to Apply: The appl
 ication process begins with a full proposal\; there is no requirement to s
 ubmit a letter of intent or intent to apply form. Proposals should be subm
 itted through an online form and should include a summary of personnel\, a
  proposal summary\, a budget and justification\, a proposal narrative\, an
 d a project timeline. Please note that the budget should not contain any i
