DESCRIPTION:The Journal of European Ceramic Society (JECS) Trust supports:
 \n\n	Mobility grants: visits by individual researchers to other laboratori
 es within Europe for the purposes of learning new techniques or accessing 
 equipment not available in their own laboratories. Eligible costs: use of 
 facilities (max. 500€/month)\, travel/subsistence costs (50€/day)\, ot
 her (only with full justification). Does NOT cover salaries.\n	Scientific 
 conference/workshops or events for students/early stage researchers: Eligi
 ble costs: hire/use of facilities\, consumables/admin costs\, travel/subsi
 stence costs\, other. Does not cover costs to attend a conference. The sum
  requested can be up to 50% of the total budget.\n\n\nWho can apply:\n\n\n
 	Applicants must be based at a member country of the European Ceramic Soci
 ety (ECerS). Switzerland is a full member.\n	Applicants must have been eit
 her members of a ceramic society affiliated to ECerS or direct members of 
 ECerS for at least 12 months.\n	They must be affiliated to a non-profit or
 ganisation (e.g. university\, lab).\n\n\nDeadlines: 31 May and 30 November
  (every year)\n\nApplication:\n\n\n	Please fill out the applicable applica
 tion form for mobility grants and for scientific conference grants and sub
 mit it to the ECerS Trust secretariat (v.huart@bcrc.be).\n	Decision: after
  ~3 months from the closure of the call.   \n	The success rate for the l
 ast call was almost 60%.\n	Note: Publications are expected in the Journal 
 of the European Ceramic Society or in Open Ceramics as appropriate.\n\nFor
