DESCRIPTION:Aim:  While the implications of the pandemic are still unfold
 ing\, countries across the world are preparing for life in the “New Norm
 al.” In this period of transition\, forward-thinking innovations aiming 
 to address healthcare challenges are needed more than ever. Through disrup
 tion\, we must leverage data and health technologies to accelerate potenti
 ally life-saving ideas aiming to improve patient care through the uncharte
 d times that lay ahead.  That is why Johnson & Johnson Innovation—JLABS
  (“JLABS”)\, in collaboration with Seoul Metropolitan Government (“S
 MG”)\, Korea Health Industry Development Institute (“KHIDI”)\, Janss
 en Korea Ltd.\, is launching the Seoul Innovation QuickFire Challenge for 
 Healthcare in the New Normal.\n\nUp to two innovators with the best ideas 
 aiming to address and enable potential healthcare solutions in the post-CO
 VID era will receive up to KRW150\,000\,000 (approximately US$125\,000) in
  grant funding\, residency at the Seoul Bio Hub\, and mentorship and coach
 ing from experts at the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.\n\nWe encou
 rage applications from innovators working on all aspects of health care wi
 thin the “New Normal.” This includes:\n \n\n	Health technologies incl
 uding big data\, artificial intelligence\, and block chain\n	E-health plat
 forms that can improve the patient journey\, empowering decision making fo
 r physicians and leading to better patient outcomes\n	Rapid diagnostics fo
 r early detection and monitoring of rare diseases – in particular for Pu
 lmonary Hypertension (PH)\n	Companion diagnostics for oncology\n	Smart sys
 tems for vaccine distribution and patient adherence\n\n\nIngredients and v
 ehicles for delivery that are backed by non-confidential pre-clinical / cl
 inical data are preferred but not required (could be references to existin
 g literature). Product should be available for commercialization in existi
 ng retail channels within 6-18 months.\n\nFunding:        KRW150\,00

 viduals\, entrepreneurs\, academics\, biotech researchers or an early-stag
