 o be better at solving them\n	Get students to think for themselves\, inste
 ad of waiting for an answer\n	Manage your relationship with a class and av
 oid disruptions\n	Design exercises to promote the development of a high le
 vel of competence\n	Develop students’ quantitative problem solving skill
 s\n\nOrganized through “hands-on” activities based on science content\
 , this workshop allows you to practice and get feedback on evidence-inform
 ed teaching skills rather than just hearing about them.\n\nNote: This work
 shop is independent but complementary to the other 3 in the series (Labs\,
  Projects and Presenting). You are welcome to attend as many as you like\,
  in any order you like.
