DESCRIPTION:The Food Scale-Up Day is a highly selective networking opportu
 nity organised by the EPFL Integrative Food & Nutrition Center\, and Ventu
 relab.\nUsually taking place on the EPFL campus\, this edition will take p
 lace online for security reasons.\n\nOver the course of a day\, this event
  will bring together 20 international scale-ups and 12 management represen
 tants of the following organisations: Nestlé\, Migros\, Bühler\, Fir
 menich\, ADM and Givaudan.\n\nOn the participants side\, we have selecte
 d pioneering startups with demonstrated value proposition in the following
  sectors: Plant-based protein\, digital technologies for food design (mode
 lling of flavors\, modelling of stability\, etc.)\, sustainable packaging 
 and microbiom-related solutions.\nIn response to a significant demand from
  Professors and students alike\, we have adjusted the format of this new i
 teration to also give you the possibility to interact with the start-ups y
 ou could find of interest.\nThe startup profiles and the links for the ope
 n sessions can be found in the attached program.\n\n
