  with the ERC's mission and EU Commission goals\, this workshop aims at cr
 eating a platform to showcase and discuss innovative approaches to address
  gender dimensions in research. Considering gender differences is essentia
 l to research in some fields and can be of great benefit in many others. T
 he ultimate goal of the workshop is to raise awareness on how gender dimen
 sions\, in the way research is designed\, conducted and administered\, inf
 luence the quality and usefulness of the results.\n \nThe conference will
  take place on Monday 16 November as a virtual event.\n \nPlease find the
