DESCRIPTION:Women in Global Health and the Novartis Foundation are hostin
 g the #BuildBackBetter Start-Up Digital Innovation and AI Challenge.\n\nTh
 e winners of the challenge will be announced during an event in mid-Novemb
 er. They will be awarded $10\,000 and the runners-up will receive $5\,000 
 to develop their innovation further. Both the winner and the runner up wil
 l receive guidance from an innovation mentor. These mentors will be assign
 ed by Women in Global Health.\n \nAs the world learns to live with the co
 ronavirus\, the #BuildBackBetter Start-Up Digital Innovation and AI Challe
 nge will offer a platform for women-led start-ups to advance both gender e
 quity in health security and systems\, with a special focus on low- and mi
 ddle-income countries (LMICs). Specifically\, the Challenge will identify 
 innovative digital and AI solutions addressing health security during COVI
 D-19 and future health emergencies with the potential to:\n​\n(a) increa
 se the number of women as creators of digital health and AI solutions\n(b)
  increase the number of women as leaders of digital health and AI companie
 s and initiatives\n(c) ensure that that digital health solutions enable he
