DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in taking your research to Japan and workin
 g with leading groups in Japanese universities and other institutions?\n\n
 The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) is offering Postdoct
 oral Fellowships for Overseas Researchers to citizens and permanent reside
 nts of Switzerland. All fields of the humanities\, social sciences and nat
 ural sciences are included under the programme.\n\nFor a number of years\,
  the SNSF has acted as the nomination body for the Postdoctoral Fellowship
 s of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). In 2021\, the 
 SNSF can propose two researchers to the JSPS.\n\nWho can apply:\n\n	Citize
 ns and permanent residents of Switzerland.\n	Candidates must have obtained
  their doctoral degree within six years of the date the fellowship goes in
 to effect.\n	Persons who are Japanese citizen and foreigners who are permi
 tted permanent residence in Japan are not eligible.\n\n\nDuration: 12 to 2
 4 months.\n\nFunding: Round-trip air ticket\; Maintenance Allowance ¥362\
 ,000 per month\; Miscellaneous\; A settling-in allowance of ¥200\,000\; O
 verseas travel insurance\, etc.\n\nDeadline: 17 February 2021 at 17:00.\nD
