DESCRIPTION:To be announced\nA space revolution\nA revolution is afoot in 
 space logistics. Starting with shoebox-sized “nanosatellites”\, we now
  have a reusable rocketry renaissance\, and soon swarming satellite “meg
 a-constellations” providing continuous internet to the planet. These dev
 elopments could provide wonderful benefits\, but also bring serious sustai
 nability challenges\, one of them being increased congestion and orbital d
 ebris.\n\nTime to (re)think\, time to (re)act\n50 years of government-led 
 space activities are now being reinvented by all stakeholders. And it shou
 ld be done with ESA and UN sustainability goals in mind.\nIntroducing the 
 Sustainable Space Logistics (SSL) initiative: in 2019\, we at the EPFL Spa
 ce Center (eSpace) in Lausanne\, Switzerland\, started a research initiati
 ve on Sustainable Space Logistics (link). The theme of space logistics is 
 still largely untouched\, and will be the backbone of multiple large-scale
  applications in new materials & services\, data\, human spaceflight\, etc
 .\n\nGet onboard !\nFor this first digital event on SSL\, we invite you on
  a 3-days journey featuring space and sustainability experts\, as well as 
 observers from outside the space area.\n\n	Day 1 - we will explain the vis
 ion of SSL\, and substantiate how space logistics and sustainability are c
 onnected.\n	Day 2 -  we propose to look at the ongoing revolution grippin
 g the NewSpace industry. We will also compare to the perspective of anothe
 r industry that has faced similar challenges.\n	Day 3 - we would like to c
 onclude on future perspectives\, higlighting Swiss success stories such a
 s ClearSpace\, looking at the legal and policy frameworks\, and also givin
 g voice to the younger generation.\n\n\nDon't miss anything\nThe complete
