 rly in the history of the Universe and what are the experimental consequen
 ces of this possibility. There are several different ideas that can implem
 ent this general concept\, but not all are created equal. I will first giv
 e a brief review of their strenghts and weaknesses. Then I will focus on o
 ne of the latest proposals where the Higgs is coupled to a low energy sect
 or of the landscape (2012.04652) and on work in progress in a different\,
