 t machine learning & AI events in Europe\, focused specifically on the app
 lications of machine learning and AI\, making it particularly interesting 
 to industry and academia.\nTo celebrate five years of existence\, AMLD 202
 1 will consist of a series of thematically focussed conferences each month
  of 2021 on the EPFL campus. This format focussed on tracks spread out ove
 r the entire year will allow us to adapt to any potential changes to sanit
 ary directives due to COVID-19.\nEach month\, a domain-specific track will
  feature top-level speakers\, discussions and keynotes. Some tracks will b
 e preceded or followed by a workshop day focussed on hand-on sessions\, co
 ding classes and tutorials.\n\nThe first day of the event series will be h
 eld on January 25th with the track AI & Democracy. \n
