 roperly resolved\, they can cause significant harm\, both on an interperso
 nal level and for the organization itself. Productivity may be affected\, 
 and finances impacted as a result of tensions between colleagues.\nThe EPF
 L Doctoral School and the EPFL Staff Training Service organize a two-day t
 raining intended for EPFL PhD students\, in priority. The program includes
  a toolbox designed to help resolve (emerging) conflict situations and mit
 igate such situations' eventual development. Educators are highly qualifi
 ed professionals\, with practice in conflict resolution and mediation. \n
