DESCRIPTION:The EPFL Doctoral School and the Research Office are launching
  the second call for applications for the EPFLglobaLeaders programme. EPFL
 globaLeaders is a new doctoral fellowship programme funding early stage re
 searchers to become leaders in the transition towards sustainable societie
 s. In total\, forty-eight doctoral fellows will benefit from a multifacete
 d training programme\, including a secondment in the non-academic sector.\
 n\nEPFLglobaLeaders has received funding from the European Union’s Horiz
 on 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curi
 e grant agreement No 945363.\n\nWhat:    4-year doctoral fellowships. 
 The EPFLglobaLeaders fellowship consists of a monthly contribution to the 
 salary of the doctoral candidate of EUR 1’935.\nWhere:    Research f
 unded by the EPFLglobaLeaders programme must be conducted at the EPFL camp
 uses in Lausanne\, Geneva\, Neuchâtel\, Valais\, or Fribourg.\nEligibilit
 y:           \nEPFLglobaLeaders is open to applicants of any nat
 ionality provided they fulfill the following eligibility criteria:\n\n	App
 licants must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) before they sign the
 ir employment contract.\n	Applicants must be Early Stage Researchers (ESR)
 : by the time they sign their employment contract\, they must not have com
 pleted more than four years of full-time research\, and they must not have
  been awarded a doctoral degree.\n	Applicants must fulfil the MSCA transna
 tional mobility rules and must not have resided or carried out their main 
 activity (work\, studies\, etc.) in Switzerland for more than 12 months in
  the 3 years immediately before the call deadline.\n\n\nWhen to start: at
