DESCRIPTION:The European Foundation for the Study of Diabetes (EFSD) and t
 he healthcare company Novo Nordisk call for applications for the A/S Progr
 amme for Diabetes Research in Europe.  \n\nApplications from all fields o
 f diabetes research including both basic and clinical research are accepte
 d.\n\nWho can apply:\n\n	Applicants based at non-profit institutions in th
 e EU and Associated Countries.\n	The PI and Co-PIs must be normally employ
 ed at a non-profit institution and the study must be performed at their pl
 ace of work.\n	Applicants to all EFSD programmes must be paid-up members o
 f EASD.\n	Only one EFSD award per PI or Co-PI at a time.\n	There can be mo
 re than one EFSD award per lab\, but for separate projects.\n\n\nFunding:\
 n\n\n	Max. EUR 100’000 for basic research and/or clinical research.\n	Th
 e budget must be prepared in EUR and it must mention the exchange rate.\n	
 Please mention all funding requested and obtained from other sources.\n	El
 igible costs: personnel\, 10% OH\, equipment\, supplies\, other project-re
 lated costs.\n\n\nDuration: One year or longer\n\nDeadline: 1 February 202
