DESCRIPTION:Dear Researchers\,\n\nWe would like to inform you that the cal
 l for the 11th edition of the Réseau romand de mentoring pour femmes is n
 ow open.\n\nThe Réseau romand is a mentoring program for women researcher
 s from universities in the French speaking part of Switzerland and the EPF
 L. It aims at encouraging women to pursue an academic career and facilitat
 ing their integration into the scientific community.\nThis mentoring progr
 amme is aimed at doctoral students in their 4th\, 5th and 6th year\, post-
 doctoral researchers and other junior/intermediate researchers (as lecture
 rs\, readers\, MERs).\n\nThe term mentoring refers to a supporting relatio
 nship in which an experienced person from academia (a mentor\, in this cas
 e a professor at a Swiss or foreign university) shares his or her experien
 ce\, contacts and knowledge of academic structures\, as well as formal and
  informal rules with a researcher at an earlier stage of her academic care
 er (a mentee). The program starts in April 2021 and lasts until December 2
 022. The number of places available is limited to 24 mentees.\n\nAre you i
