DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to announce that the Fix the Leaky Pipelin
 e (FLP) program will start a 3rd round of the peer mentoring program docto
 ral students and postdocs in the ETH Domain.\n\nIn peer mentoring\, person
 s who are nearly at the same stage of their careers (peers) constitute the
 mselves as group and take a proactive attitude to share their knowledge an
 d experiences\, with punctual support from senior mentors. The goal is to 
 empower and support participants to actively develop their careers in acad
 emia or towards industry and to establish adequate networks. In the FLP pe
 er-mentoring scheme\, peer groups are asked to constitute themselves ahead
  of the application. For their activities\, peer groups can apply for up t
 o CHF 5000.- financial support for the duration of one year.\n\nApplicatio
 ns for the FLP peer-mentoring can be submitted until 30.04.2021. More info
