DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2015 in London\, the Wyck Foundation is dedicated t
 o improving the quality of life of people living with myotonic dystrophy (
 DM)\, the most common form of muscular dystrophy\, through funding for bas
 ic and translational research\, and patient advocacy.\n \nThe Wyck Founda
 tion accepts applications to fund therapy development\, basic and translat
 ional research and advocacy efforts to improve the quality of life of thos
 e affected by myotonic dystrophy.\n \nRolling call\n \nApplication: requ
 ests for funding should be initiated via a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) that in
 cludes the following:\n\n	Proposal overview (not to exceed 2 single-spaced
  pages)\n	Official documentation of charitable status\n	Project budget\n	C
 urrent audited financial statement (if applicable)\n	List of members of th
 e applicant organization’s board of trustees (if applicable)\n	Key proje
