DESCRIPTION:The Trans-Atlantic Platform (T-AP) for Social Science and Huma
 nities (SSH) aims to enhance the ability of funders\, research organizatio
 ns and researchers to engage in transnational dialogue and collaboration i
 n the field of SSH. The present call is focused on Recovery\, Renewal and 
 Resilience in a Post-Pandemic World (RRR).\n\nThis Joint Programme is fund
 ed by the participating countries’ funding agencies\, including the SNSF
  for Switzerland.\n\nThe RRR call aims to address key gaps in our understa
 nding of the dynamic and complex interaction of medium and long-term socie
 tal effects of COVID-19 pandemic. Applicants are required to submit novel 
 interdisciplinary and significant SSH research proposals that address one 
 or more of the following five challenges related to COVID-19:\n \n\n	Redu
 cing inequalities and vulnerabilities\n	Building a more resilient\, inclus
 ive and sustainable society\n	Fostering democratic governance and politica
 l participation\n	Advancing responsible and inclusive digital innovation\;
  and\n	Ensuring effective and accurate communication and media\n\n\nWho ca
 n apply:\n\n\n	Applicants must apply as a transnational research project p
 artnership. Each project must comprise at least three eligible Principal I
 nvestigators from at least three different T-AP participating countries fr
 om both sides of the Atlantic.\n	The consortium must designate one of the 
 Principal Investigators as the project is Lead Principal Investigator\n	Sw
 iss-based applicants: must be eligible for SNSF Project Funding (see EPFL 
 Instructions for SNSF Project Funding) and cannot participate in more than
  one proposal per call. The SNSF exclusively funds research conducted for 
 non-commercial purposes. Please contact research@epfl.ch to verify your el
 igibility for the call. In case of several overlapping SNSF projects\, all
  projects must significantly distinguish themselves from each other.  \n\
 n\nFunding & Duration: max. CHF 250’000 for 24-36 months (for this call\
 , the SNSF has allocated CHF 1M).\n\nTimeline of the call: \n\n\n	Compulso
