 le Campus Network (ISCN) members across the world. Given annually\, these 
 awards show case sustainability initiatives that demonstrate leadership\, 
 creativity and outstanding performance in Higher Education Institutions.\n
 \nAll interested EPFL students and staff are invited to join us online for
  the ISCN Awards Ceremony to celebrate and learn from the outstanding achi
 evements of the 2021 ISCN Award Winners. The Winners will present their wi
 nning initiatives\, followed by an opportunity for the audience to ask que
 stions.\n\n2021 ISCN Award Winners:\nWhole Systems Approach: Covenant Univ
 ersity – PET City Bricks\nThe Covenant University Enactus project "Pet-C
 ity" is a social enterprise in alignment with development agencies tacklin
 g the problem of plastic waste\, marine litter and micro plastic pollution
 . The over-arching objective is the transformation of single-use plastic a
 nd nylon waste into sustainable materials that are cost-effective and dura
 ble.\n\nPartnerships for Progress: University of Leeds – Urban Biodivers
 ity Monitoring Programme\nThrough the University of Leeds’ unique Living
  Lab\, a collaborative approach to biodiversity monitoring was developed a
 s an exemplar of biodiversity across the University. We created learning o
 pportunities to tackle local and global challenges\, using the campus as a
  test bed for innovative student-led research.\n\nCultural Change for Sust
 ainability: National University of Singapore – Towards Zero-Waste NUS 20
 30\nIn 2030\, NUS will have Zero Waste Precincts where the community consc
 ientiously sort their waste to recycle and reuse resulting in a high diver
 sion rate\, inspiring the country to take bolder steps towards achieving z
 ero waste. Students lead by test-bedding scalable zero waste interdiscipli
 nary solutions in campus infrastructure and operations.\n\nHonorary Member
  Award: Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology – Facilitating Sustainabilit
 y Literacy to Leadership Pathways for Staff and Students\nThe project will
  facilitate learning pathways for both staff and students in the Galway-Ma
 yo Institute of Technology to transition from sustainability literacy to s
 ustainability leadership through the lens of the Sustainable Development G
 oals. This will support ongoing efforts to embed sustainability more holis
 tically across the Institute.\n
