DESCRIPTION:Zonta is an international association of professional women wi
 th the mission of advancing the status of women worldwide. Over the past 1
 5 years\, Zonta Switzerland & Lichtenstein have been awarding a highly end
 owed prize (30’000 CHF) every two years to talented and aspiring young w
 omen scientists working at the forefront of research at either at ETHZ or 
 at EPFL. \nhttp://www.zonta.ch/de/prix-zonta/\n\nWhile in the past  the 
 prize has also been awarded to more senior and accomplished women scientis
 ts\,  the Zonta Association would like to award in 2021 a more junior wo
 man scientist performing outstanding research  at the postdoctoral  or
  junior group leader level  (maximum: junior\, non-tenured assistant prof
 essor).  \n\n\nApplication Process \n\nThe candidate’s supervisor  sh
 ould submit a letter of recommendation detailing  the qualities of the ca
 ndidate and the importance of her research\,  as well as the candidate’
 s CV & publication list. The deadline for submission is June 10\, 2021. D
