DESCRIPTION:Gebert Rüf Stiftung (GRS) was established in 1998 by entrepre
 neur Heinrich Gebert as a science and innovation foundation. Its objective
  is to promote «Switzerland as a top location for business and as a place
  to live». As a private funding agency guided by its mission statement «
 making science effective»\, it supports entrepreneurial projects\, which 
 are committed to achieving an impact.\n\nThe programme InnoBooster support
 s university-based\, high-potential business cases from the Venture Kick p
 rogramme with the aim of substantially accelerating their market entry. In
  particular\, it supports proposals where a R&D or design boost can speed 
 up the success of the deep tech business case.\n\nWho can apply: applicant
 s employed at Swiss universities or research institutions (ETH Domain\, ca
 ntonal university\, university of applied sciences)\n\nYour project MUST:\
 n\n	Already be in the Venture Kick process\n	Already be approved by a fund
 ing programme (BRIDGE PoC\, Innosuisse\, EPFL Innogrant or similar)\n	Root
 ed at Swiss universities or research institutions (ETH Domain\, cantonal u
 niversity\, university of applied sciences)\n	Be beneficial to society\n\n
 \nFunding & Duration: Max. CHF 150\,000 for up to 18 months\n\n\n	For: sal
 aries and materials costs directly related to the project.\n	Does NOT cove
 r: infrastructure or overheads.\n\n\nDeadline\n\n\n	Stage 1 Proposal: 1 Fe
 bruary\, 1 May\, 1 September and 1 December (every year) at 23:59 \n	Stag
 e 2 Interview: with GRS Board of Trustees (upon invitation)\n\nThe selecti
 on process takes 3 months.\n\nApplication\n \n\n	Proposal: Submit your co
 mplete proposal in a single PDF via the online application form on the web
  portal:\n\n\n\n	Project proposal form (max 5 pages)\n	Accompanying letter
 \n	Letters of endorsement from a funding programme (BRIDGE PoC\, Innosuiss
 e\, EPFL Innogrant or similar) and from (potential) customers\, investors\
 , industry partners\n	Evidence of Venture Kick participation\n	For non-ind
 ependent PIs: Letter of Support from the Head of the Unit.\n	Other attachm
 ents: bibliography\, tables\, diagrams and graphs.\n	Project presentation 
 (max.10 slides/pages) uploaded separately.\n	Prepare a 3-minute video elev
 ator pitch in MP4 format and not bigger than 250 MB uploaded on the web po
